Trial and renewal
How trial and billing work
The trial lasts 14 days and requires a payment method. Your selected paid plan begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel before it ends; cancelling before then avoids the first charge. The plan then renews monthly or annually according to the interval you selected. Billing is handled by Stripe, and no exact charge date is promised here.
Customer Portal
Cancellation
Manage the subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period rather than promised as immediate. Access may continue until the applicable trial or paid period ends.
Case-by-case review
Refunds
TintLedger does not promise automatic refunds. Billing errors and special cases may be reviewed case by case, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact hello@tintledger.com.
After cancellation
Retained data and export
A cancelled account may export retained owned client-formula and Backbar data through the approved read-only boundary. Cancellation does not restore create, edit or other paid features. Retention is not guaranteed indefinitely, and export is unavailable after deletion or applicable removal.
